a Certified Integrative Nutritionist, a Certified Personal Trainer and Author with a background in biology. My passion is helping woman in midlife get their hormones in check, so they get their metabolism moving, lose inches and get rid of that belly bloat, even if your hormones are a hot mess express. I myself have lost over 40lbs in midlife following these very same steps.
